I cannot recommend this company enough. I ordered a Japanese maple on line as a gift to celebrate the birth of a baby boy and requested a note be included from us, his family in the UK. In response, I received a message from Ruan, who offered to design a certificate to go with the maple, using the words used in the note. The certificate Ruan created was perfect for the occasion.
