Eligibility:
- Refunds are available for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival, No refunds are available on Japanese Maple Trees.
- If the incorrect product was shipped due to our error, we will gladly issue a refund.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at shop@japanesemaples.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
Evaluation and Resolution:
- Our team will assess your refund request and may require additional information or evidence for verification.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) if necessary.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Return Shipping:
- For eligible refund requests, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping cost.
- Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Non-Refundable Items:
- We do not offer refunds for items that were incorrectly purchased by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
