- Shipping Schedule: Orders placed from Monday - Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday. This allows us to carefully process and prepare your items for shipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays may be included in the following week's Monday shipment. Rest assured that we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.
- Collection Option: If you prefer to collect your order instead of having it shipped, we offer a convenient collection service. Once your order has been placed and stock has been sourced from our farm, you can arrange a suitable collection time. Please note that our farm is not open to the public, and collection appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Stock Availability: To maintain the highest quality, we keep our stock on a dedicated farm. While we strive to have all items readily available, there may be instances where stock needs to be sourced specifically for your order. This process ensures that you receive the highest-quality products.
- Timely Updates: We understand the importance of staying informed about your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped or is ready for collection, we will provide you with relevant updates and tracking information, if applicable. You can expect to receive timely notifications to keep you informed every step of the way.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect shipping information.
